2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee: Is Jeep Bringing Back The Grand Cherokee? This week, Jeep unveiled the next-generation 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The vehicle will initially be available in a seven-seat, three-row ‘L’ configuration, and a two-row, five-seat variant is expected to become available in around two years.
However, there is one concern that is on the minds of many Jeep enthusiasts, and that question is when the coverings will be pulled off of the high-performance SRT and Trackhawk variants, and what will they look like.
Using the recently revealed Grand Cherokee L as a starting point and giving it a sportier Overland package, here is our vision of what the latter may look like if it were supercharged and could breathe fire.
The arches are filled and surrounded by wide wheel-arch flares, black alloy wheels wrapped in Pirelli rubber, and Brembo high-performance brakes, all of which were borrowed from the current-generation Trackhawk (below). Their conspicuousness is matched by a tall bonnet scoop that was borrowed from the 523kW Ram 1500 TRX pick-up, which is powered by the same 6.2-liter supercharged V8 as the Jeep.
The exterior of our next-generation Trackhawk features larger air intakes, a trio of vents underneath the seven-slot grille (as per the current SRT and Trackhawk), black trim, pentagonal lower LED daytime running lights, and the necessary SRT, Hemi 6.2, and Supercharged badging. Our next-generation Trackhawk also sits noticeably lower to the ground than the standard Grand Cherokee L.
The performance SUV would be powered by a modified version of the 6.2-liter supercharged V8 gasoline engine that is currently utilized by the current Trackhawk as well as a multitude of other FCA (and now Stellantis) models. These models include the Dodge Challenger, Charger, and Durango SRT Hellcat trio, as well as the aforementioned Ram 1500 TRX ute.
The engine produces 522 kilowatts of power and 868 newton-meters of torque in current Australian-delivered Trackhawks. Exterior And Interior Design
As was said before, the currently active generation has been around since the year 2014. On the other hand, not too many years ago, when an entirely fresh and noticeably more alluring design was introduced, we saw a big makeover take place.

Both rows of seats provide a generous amount of legroom, making it possible for adults to sit in complete comfort.
